: I understand the elevator key must be returned within 48 hours of the move date and if not returned, a $200.00 charge will be charged to the Owner of the Unit.
: I further understand that if I am an Owner moving out, a $200.00 etransfer deposit must be sent prior to the move as follows:
1. Send an etransfer from your banking institution to: accounting@danburypropertymanagement.com
2. In the Etransfer memo area, include what the deposit is for, your Name, Corporation Number, Suite number and address
Example: Elevator Deposit, John Doe, ECC 123, Unit 456
3. Security Question: Management? / Security Password: Danbury
: I acknowledge this form will be sent to the Owner if a Tenant is moving out as the Owner will be responsible for the charge for unreturned keys.
